Amazing service by Jay!! I had the craziest day and he definitely saved it. I called very close to his closing time and was still able to get to me and stayed past 7p. He was such a trooper especially when I was having phone issues and we played a bit of phone tag. He was very polite and knowledgeable with his trade. I even got to see him make me 2 new keys after opening my door for me!

After being out of state and returning, I noticed a jammed lock. Even though it was nearly 7:00pm, Jay answered the phone and said he would be right over. Jay is efficient, polite and quick to help out even after working hours. I highly recommend his lock services. Thank-you very much for your help.

Can’t say enough positive remarks about Apogee Lock and Key LLC. When I called,Jay actually answered the phone, made the appointment and quoted me a price. He arrived early for the quoted timeframe, was professionally dressed, told me all about my locks and rekeyed them for me. Thanks for such a positive ‘welcome to the neighborhood’ experience! Always a treat to meet good people!
