I would recommend Mr Roof. James came out the same day I sent the photo of a shingle that came loose. He reattached the shingle and checked the surrounding shingles to make sure they were also secure.

Outstanding professionalism, coordination, attention to detail staring with Wayne Lake, then Melony Pennell, followed by great follow up by James Ausema during install and post quality control together with Mr. Ramirez ( sub contractor) and also Mr. Severino (Mr. Roof Contractor Representative) together with crew on a 4,400 sq ft home. James then concluded with a roof top physical inspection by walking the entire roof. Key attention to detail and great clean up. Highly recommend for a new roof!

Mr. Roof replaced my roof on 11/13/2025. They not only met, but beat the best of 3 quotes. Wayne was great to work with in the sales department and took care of my referral. When he submitted the referral, I got an immediate call from Mr. Roof because they didn’t catch that it was a referral and wanted to know how they could help with any issue. I really appreciated the quick response. The men were done after dark and the next morning I noticed something that had been listed as an extra service hadn’t been done. I called and it was immediately taken care of! Everyone was GREAT to work with!
