I had 3 different keys made and the machine deleted one key and made 2 keys that were the same, instead of the other key. I drove 30 miles one way to get 3 different keys made and now I still dont have one of the keys made. Everything went through good but somehow the machine didn't key the key it said it was keying and took the key before this one and keyed duplicates. I'm not very happy. No longer did I have to cut my own keys, the machine screwed up.

I used the kiosk to copy a chipped auto key at Menards and was very skeptical, but the keys showed up at my home a few days later and worked perfect. Awesome technology, excelent product. I will use this again with no concerns. Thank you!!

Key me was not able to make me a key. They sent a message telling me my blank was not in stock. (I knew It was a weird key). They did promptly credit my account and inform me of what was going on.
