Was referred to Marven the manager at the store, and he was kind and friendly throughout the whole upgrade process. He answered all of our questions and set the expectations straight.

NEW ATT STORE ON COOLEY LAKE ROAD. ATT wanted to know (text survey) what I thought about the service etc. Here's what I wrote: ((about my previous visit to the store))●●●●●●●●●●●●●When i walked into the stire, Abdulla looked from what he was doing to greet me and that he would be with me shortly. What a courteous, knowledgeable, and patient young man. Offered me the "buy three products and get a % off the total !" Taught me something NEW about "a brick" . I didn't know it made the charge on my phone faster.

Chase was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job providing info on the new phones. Setup went smoothly. Store was busy and he did a great job managing the traffic flow would definitely recommend.
