Although this office is very busy, I highly recommend. 2 years ago I had a very traumatic experience at another hospital with my baby. The other hospital, Black River Clinic, gave me two options: put your dog down now or pay 10k for surgery. I decided to leave the building and came here after it was recommended by two family members. That decision was one of the best I made.
My dog had cancer that the other hospital missed the first appointment, and a collapsed lung as well. She was in a lot of pain, but I could tell she had strength and will to live. I brought her here and they drained the fluid so her lung would no longer be collapsed. This helped her greatly. I remember them doing some other things for pain relief, but it is fuzzy in my memory. They charged me a fraction of what the other vet did. It seemed like they truly cared about my baby. After her appointment, she wagged her tail and had energy I hadn’t seen in awhile. She pulled through another month with me, and peacefully passed away in my arms one night after work. I’m so glad I came here instead of feeling trapped by the other options and that the doctors here gave me so much more compassion and understanding.
Wes has been so great to stay in contact with. Me and my bf r thinking of building and if we do we will for sure use these guys. Wes came over to explain everything to us using his own time for us for free and turns out him and his family were builders as well so his whole life he has gained knowledge for this business. He was super nice friendly and honest about everything. The prices with this business is totally fair and honestly probably beats all the competition pricing. Will be recommending this business to others wether we decide to build or not
