Scott was THE guy to go to when we found out (during our new floor installation) that the subfloor in our half bath had been severely comprised with a toilet flange leak. We tried many different companies to resolve the issue and the best quote we got was two weeks out. Scott returned our call within an hour and was out that evening to assess the repair. He and his helper came out this morning (2 days later) and did a great job repairing the floor and found another leak from our water ice supply line from the fridge. We are so very pleased with Matthew’s Handyman Services and will call him again FIRST when any other home owner issue presents itself. His price was very reasonable for the prompt resolution to our issue.
Professional, honest and hard working. Craig explained the whole process, how they go above code and give you the best roof possible !!!! No pressure at all, told me to think about it. No need to think on it as I knew his estimate was a fair price. Could have ripped me off twice, I told him if I needed new gutters, replace them. The back side of my roof was a total disaster, Craig explained at the estimate that sometimes issues pop up, after the roof is stripped. My roof was one of those times !!!!! They could have easily told me my gutters were shot, they said the gutters were great !!!! I did agree to the gutter guards to keep debris out of the gutter and I'm glad I did !!!!! They could have robbed me on the extra work and materials, yes, it did cost a little more but, they were very fair with me !!!! You can't go wrong using Big Bang Home Improvements !!!! Finding a good contractor is tough, finding an honest contractor is even more difficult !!!! Thank you Craig and his team !!!!
Im a newer homeowner and have made the many mistakes we do when we live on our own. My trailer was no exception to frozen pipes the past few days. Everywhere I called either didn't answer nor never called me back. I called the top 10 plumbers to fix what I thought was a broken PEX line. I thought I was going to have frozen lines again after defrosting them then I got a call, from Rob within an hour and he saved my day. He asked me if I could see the leak, and basically told me he couldn't make it out there but it should be a super easy fix. I've done HVAC and Framing so I had the confidence after he told me to cut out and sharkbite the break. I got under there and found out it was just the pressure relief for the hot water tank. No leaks. Let some pressure out and ran the hot water only in a few spots and the water stopped trickling. Saved me so much money and from taking another day off work! These guys rock! They just did the plumbing in my parents house after their house fire. Rob deserves a raise!
