Fantastic company! I love being able to support a home grown family business. They did an amazing job cleaning the carpets at our center and would highly recommend them.
About Heaven Scent Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Heaven Scent Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning offers reliable service with professionalism that customers highly appreciate. The team is known for their expertise, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond, even during difficult situations. They are highly recommended for air duct and carpet cleaning, focusing on customer satisfaction that makes clients feel valued and cared for. Recently, they quickly cleaned a basement after a recommendation from an insurance company, working patiently with older clients and resolving billing issues with insurance and contractors. They also revived an area rug that had been heavily soiled from muddy boots, dogs, kids, and grandkids, leaving it looking and smelling great. Additionally, they expertly cleaned an heirloom chair, making it look as good as new since the 60s.
Reviews
Heaven Scent was recommended by my parents insurance company to clean up a nasty situation in their basement. Nick was able to get things cleaned up almost immediately.
He worked wonderfully with my older parents and helped them understand the process and patiently answered all their questions. He also encouraged them to call him with any more questions.
Nick has also been more than helpful working with us to resolve billing issues with the insurance company and the contractors that were actually at fault.
Thank you Nick for all you've done!!
