Very responsive; quick turnaround time. The technician was really good. He diagnosed an issue that turned out to be pretty minor. At no point did I feel I was going to be sold up or up-charged. Really great company and staff.

Best day ever! Tyler came and saved the day. Not only was he prompt he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product he was very aware of the situation I was in with my handicapped son. He worked magic getting everything set up with not only the financing but also with the installation team getting delivery and installation the next day! Who can top that? Thank you so much, you were AWESOME!!! I would very highly recommend him to anyone.

Great service by Boss. Prompt scheduling and service call visit for an air conditioning repair. Tech was easily able to diagnose the issue, utilizing an on-hand replacement part (capacitor) that is a substitute for an uncommon part in our exterior A/C unit
