I paid upfront for his services, which ended up me overpaying $200.00. I asked Mr Palmer to put it towards a new hot water heater. It has been a year, he won't return calls and will not refund my $200.00. I reported him to the BBB only to be told he is not affiliated with the BBB. I'm a senior, widowed and live on a fixed SS income a month. Now I have no extra money to hire a reputable plumber. Mr Palmer, you should be ashamed of yourself

Matt Palmer set an appt. then no showed. TWICE. After missing the first appt. I called and left a message, he did call me back, a day later. He came highly recommended, so I thought I’d give him another chance. He no called/no showed a SECOND TIME. Called him to ask what was up, never called me back.Would like to give 0 stars.

my hot ? water in my shower wasn't working since Christmas day. I Messaged Palmer's plumbing in Mellette, SD. The Owner of the company called me right away. They sent Brad Zen's one of their workers yesterday morning ? and with Brad's knowledge it didn't take long and I finally had hot ? water in the shower. Thank God cause I was tired of taking a cold ? shower ?. I would highly recommend this company for any work. Brad was very fun respectful and a great worker. If I ever need work done again I am for sure calling Palmer's plumbing in Mellette SD. Many Thanks it was sure great to take a hot ? Shower this morning.
