Highly recommend! Took an older computer (2015) to see if it was worth updating. They diagnosed it for me and recommended a different computer, it was cheaper 🤣. Ended up buying a very nice used laptop for the children! Very friendly!! Thanks again for the help!

Their team actually listens (a rarity these days), and every time I reach out, I walk away feeling more than satisfied.
