Action Plumbing and Heating responded with a phone call to my email request for regular preventive maintenance on my Generac standby generator. We scheduled an appointment for two days out. The service tech was on time, friendly, focused and informative. I look forward to having him back out next year and am confident he left us prepared for any outages that nature might throw at us. Had a great experience with Action Plumbing. Dylan F. was the tech and he did a solid job. His attention to detail was top notch. He was supposed to just swap a shower valve, but found both my main shut-offs were broken. He coordinated with the city to get the water turned off at the street and replaced both main valves before finishing the shower install. He even took a minute to clear out a slow drain in the bathroom sink while he was at it. Everything is leak free and working well. Appreciate the thorough work, Dylan!

Called in the morning to schedule a furnace and HVAC inspection/cleaning and they were able to get someone out within about two hours. Very impressed with the responsiveness.
Total cost for the furnace inspection/cleaning and AC inspection was around $245, and the only repair needed was a small furnace part that cost about $21. Pricing felt very fair and transparent.
Tech was professional, explained everything clearly, and the service was efficient. Most importantly, there was absolutely none of the aggressive furnace replacement or upselling pressure that you hear horror stories about with some HVAC companies.
