Walked in. Told Robin what I didn't want, and she walked me thru it. I got a perfect cut, and she wasn't real chatty which I love! I seldom book ahead of time but this visit I got on her schedule.

My experience here has thusfar been wonderful! I had the same person by chance cut my hair. She was a little less experienced but still did an amazing job. When she felt unsure, she asked for help, which I will ALWAYS commend!When I had questions, she took her time to very thoroughly answer them and even wrote things down for me. I was not rushed in any way, even though there a couple folks waiting (sorry to hold you up...hair problems!).The pricing was a little...up there. Higher than I would usually accept for a simple trim off the ends.Compared to my previous salon, I feel comfortable and trusting here.Thank you for a positive experience!
