Seriously. Start going to yoga!!! The new studio is beautiful and the people are BEYOND kind and helpful I have some medical issues and they are accommodating and offer modifications I can do. I’m loving my new yogi family. 10/10 !!!

Go see Nikki for massages she's amazing! She worked on muscles that haven't been worked on in a long time and I get massages twice a month! She definitely knows what she's doing. She's also very kind and easy to talk to.

I was referred to Life Yoga from a friend. I am grateful for all the classes they offer. The teachers are committed to everyone in the class. Its like having your own personal trainer. They are a 5 star Yoga Studio!
