Jerry, thanks again for your expert advice this morning (Saturday)! I was sure I needed a new timer motor for my GE dryer, but you knew from experience that my problem was much easier and cheaper to fix--a cracked knob that was rotating on the spindle but not actuating the timer. You were right, of course. The dryer is working again and my wife is happy.(Jerry is very good at explaining technical information in a way that's easy for most people to understand. He could be a YouTube star.)

Both Jerry and his wife were wonderful! They have helped us out twice now with a switch and air conditioner part, and had it the same day! They were so nice on the phone and very prompt. Good price for the parts as well, and local in our area. I have recommended them to a few people now. We now need a part for our stove and Jerry is our guy!
