We recently had our motorhome in for service at Cummins Sales and Service in Mount Clemens, MI, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Our service writer, Bob, was great to work with—professional, kind, and thorough. He kept us informed every step of the way and made a complicated situation feel manageable. The team discovered that our SCR Catalyst was part of a Cummins recall campaign that we were unaware of, and despite multiple service appointments across the country, it had never been addressed.

Had a few calls to parts and service for my equipment. Barb and Bob were quite informative and helped as much as they could, but parts are not readily available for my Onan engine. They were upfront that they will not service my equipment, likely due to being 26 years old and the $222 cost of labor on it. Not great news, but they were honest about it. Would use them for parts in the future.

Outstanding service. We brought our motorhome in for a service. It was finished before the time promised. Bob is extremely knowledgable. Addressed all of our concerns about our coach. Highly recommend this Cummins location!
