I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Randy Carlier. We connected last summer, and during our initial phone conversation, I took the time to thoroughly explain my tax situation and what I needed help with. At the time, he seemed receptive, which gave me some confidence moving forward.

However, after that initial call, he completely disappeared. I received no follow-up, no guidance, and no communication whatsoever. Despite trusting him with my situation and expecting at least a basic level of professionalism, I was essentially ignored.

My company (Flamingo Label) and I have been doing business with Buss and Company for a very long time. Randy and his staff have been top notch. From the beginning of the year with tax planning, then throughout the year with tax expectation and then the completion of the year with a soft tax landing. I can't say enough about the attention to detail, tax education and professionalism they express. I would highly recommend Buss and company to any business, from a start up to the long established company. I give them 6 stars out of 5

I will always recommend Randy and his staff at Buss & Co. They are #1 at what they do!. It is a wonderful experience each year to work with them and I have peace of mind knowing they are in my corner when it comes to complex tax code! Randy is very friendly, courteous & professional and goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken of. I would definitely recommend Randy.
