If you are looking for a place for your loved one. You have found it! Our experience was beyond exceptional. This was a difficult process for us as we look for the right fit for my sister. Celeste was so very kind and walked us through the process that seemed daunting to us at the time. She made it as easy as could be her expertise and kindness will be impressed on our mind and hearts for years to come.
And the apartments are lovely, newly remodeled, clean and very practical for those who need assistance. The social director is also to be commended, fun events for the residence.

My mom moved into Baldwin House - Lakeside I one week ago. The whole process has been smooth from the get go. Jackie and Celeste (Exec. Dir & Asst Dir.) have both been extremely helpful from providing personal tours to explaining how things work and which apartment would be best for my mom. Michele in the finance department helped immensely with the paperwork. Once moving in I met Terry and Kim who do the laundry and housecleaning. So friendly and willing to answer any questions. I've had contact with two of the maintenance men and they have both been very helpful. AdvisaCare, the on site nursing group, has already provided help with my mom as well. I can’t say enough good things about Baldwin House Lakeside. My mom has been there for almost 2 years and she loves it. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond. I was very worried about moving my mom to this type of facility but now I see how happy she is singing and dancing and loving all her friends and I couldn’t be more thankful.Thank you Baldwin House for taking such good care of my mom and a huge relief off my shoulders. Highly recommend!!!
