Our 5-month-old dachshund, Frank, accidentally got into some Dramamine, and my boyfriend and I were absolutely freaking out. We first called our normal vet and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. We were told to call animal poison control, but the way the situation was handled made us feel even more stressed and scared.

We had to take our Roxie in on Saturday August 29th. It was one of the hardest days of our lives as a family. The staff was so supportive and helpful and amazing and kind and loving and caring. The way they talk to us the way they made us feel is something I will never forget. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything that you guys did to make this decision a little bit easier in our hearts. Not understanding the 3.5 reviews here. Dog had gastritis and they got us in took care of us with excellent customer service and didn’t try to over charge us with unnecessary procedures the way some vets do….
