You have to try this experience at least once in your life. It's a salt-water tank where you can float for an hour. The staff was very friendly and gave clear instructions on what to do on our tour.
I love wellness Wednesdays! Today was my 3rd time at MCF and today was my first time floating and all of my questions were answered kindly and patiently.
The gentleman with the long hair at the counter was very nice - the customer service is always great too! I always leave MCF feeling lighter and better.
