I thoroughly enjoyed Amy's massage. It started with Amy bringing my attention into the session, to help me relax and prepare for the massage. She proceeded to give a very thorough massage. With the care and pressure that my body needed. I told her about some issues with my hips and she paid close attention to the hip flexor group, handling the joints with mastery and care. She gave the same care to the shoulders and basically every other area of my body. The massage ended as well as it began, as I was eased out of the trance.I will certainly come again and I recommend Amy with confidence. I get massages from Amy, I have an autoimmune disease. She is so focused on working out the nerve interrupters...and it feels great! I get relief from the numbness in my legs and feet. Another plus is the day before my last appointment I have fallen and jammed my shoulder she worked on that as well and by the time I left I had no pain in the rotation.Yes, I highly recommend her
