Working with the staff of Poolmart & Spas is almost as great as relaxing in our tub!! For 4 years now, they have been helping me maintain the aging tub that came with our home in Clarkston. Matt, the service rep, couldn't be more knowledgeable, helpful, and fair.Missy and all of the staff instore have been a joy to work with.This business has restored my faith in customer service. Great customer service. We have been loyal customers for over a decade now. Shannon the manager is amazing and the entire staff is always eager to help. They guided us when we first came to them in 2012 (at their previous location up the street) where they taught us everything there is to know about your basic pool water maintenance to some moderate equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Water testing is quick and always available. They keep your data on file.

We purchased a pool from poolmart late in the season last year. We used a suggested installer. Everything went well but our filter had a leak. Since it was later in the season, they provided us with a replacement of the same model to install when we opened the pool up the next summer. Unfortunately it also leaked once installed. Even though this was a manufacturer defect, this company went above and beyond to make it right. The sent some very nice installers who brought a brand new upgraded filter and set it up for us. It has worked flawlessly ever since. Thank you so much for working with us. We are forever customers. See you soon ?
