Great experience walking in at 4 in the morning with a really sore back. The receptionist was very friendly when walking in and helpful. I got in a room right away. The nurse took my vitals, shortly after the doctor was in. Explained what was going on, what I needed to do and who to follow up with. Great experience for someone in tears for pain. If I need emergency services again, I know where to go.

All the doctors I’ve seen here, are tremendous! I just met my new gastroenterologist, Dr Bain, and I really like her. She was interested in me and asked some great questions. I would highly recommend her, even after only one visit. That’s how impressive she was!

I would have left 5 stars, but last time I visited this facility it was 1 star (would've picked zero if I could have). This visit was night and day different. I went in a Friday night, was seen immediately, and Dr. Knipple and his staff did an amazing job. I didn't recall the nurse who took care of me, but she was amazing. She was patient, caring, and genuine. I would recommend this er to anyone when that staff is working. Amazing job. Thank you for making me feel better!!! I really do appreciate it
