I’ve gotten a lot of haircuts from here & everyone does amazing cuts every time! Sierra Is the best!!! Every cut she takes extra time to get every detail & very good at listening to what you want done. Tip her well, because she’s going to spend more time with your hair than most any stylist and make you look great!!!

The hair cut I got was genuinely terrible I was going for a small mullet like hair cut with a fade on the side. The lady touched my head with the clips for a max of 15 seconds and then goes at my hair with scissors the fade is uneven and it looks like there is a bald spot on the side of my head that’s how uneven it is. this was my first experience at this establishment and it’s going to be my last. I paid 28 dollars for literally nothin. the lady said she had 3 years of experience but looked like she didn’t know what to do and just ran around my head with scissors. I’m not the one to be mean in person. I still left her a tip. But it’s my hair and it’s genuinely terrible. I wouldnt recommend going. I have to go to my old barber and get my hair fixed.

I went to the Altamonte Springs, FL location. It’s been 3 days since my haircut here and I’m still trying to figure out what happened. I called ahead, explained that I wanted to keep my hair long and just clean it up. I was assured — twice — that any of their stylists can do it, as if they do it all the time. They cannot.
I went in with long hair, showed a photo reference, and the stylist confidently repeated back exactly what I asked for — layers, shape, and minimal length removed. Instead, I walked out with a chaotic, nonsensical haircut: very short in the front, medium in the middle, short around the back top, and randomly uneven everywhere else. It’s nothing like what I asked for.
The shampoo was done with noticeably cold water, which didn’t help the overall experience.
When I got home to assess the damage, it took me five full minutes to wash out all of the greasy product they saturated my hair with — way more than I realized. And honestly, once it rinsed out, the cut somehow looked even worse — which tells me the heavy product wasn’t “styling,” it was cover-up.
What really seals it: normally when I get a bad haircut, my friends & family try to be polite — the usual “No, it still looks good!” But this time, everyone agrees it’s rough. A few even suggested I buzz it all off and start over. That has never happened before in my life, which should tell you everything you need to know about the level of damage here.
I spent almost a year growing my hair out, finally reaching a look that genuinely fit me and felt true to my brand. Now I have to walk around looking like this and start the entire process over again.
If you’re a guy with long hair looking for a simple clean-up while keeping your length, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This place is not it.

I have been going to Lady Janes for almost 2 years now. Jade is who I trust cutting my hair. I have never walked out of there dissapointed with how I look. Her attention to detail and making sure everything is perfect before walking out the door is better than any other place I've got my hair cut before. 10/10. 100% would recommend!
