Based on the reviews, Champs Cleaners is a great place for uniform shirts, trousers, jackets, and trench coats. They clean and press items at a very good price, including $3.75 a shirt. They also sew on uniform patches for $3.15 each. The customer service is top-notch; the young lady working the counter fixed a crooked patch on a trench coat, and Jimmy handled a very large, complicated job with a professional, respectful, and organized team. The items cleaned were done well and brought back displayed nicely. For last-minute situations, they always ensure everything is dry cleaned on time. They clean white work shirts better than other shops, even when heavily soiled. The finish work is done in a good amount of time. The system allows customers to get updates via text. People drive from far away, including Suttons Bay, because they trust Jimmy and the team. They are worth the drive.

Had a hiccup on a trench coat where the reverse flag patch had moved and it was sewed on crooked. The young lady working the counter did a great job of getting it corrected and it looks perfect! Thanks kudos to Champs and especially the young lady that works the counter!
Jimmy handled a very large, complicated job for my family. He and his team were extremely professional, respectful and organized. I am thankful I was referred to him because he made a very difficult situation less stressful. Most importantly the items he cleaned were done well and brought back in displayed nicely. I would highly recommend Champs and team!
