When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. “Noah came out to my mother in laws house this past Friday October 4th for a furnace check. He was efficient, honest, kind and friendly. She uses action at least once a year to get the furnace checked before winter hits. She thought because he furnace is pretty old she would need a whole new furnace. It would have been really easy to take advantage of my mother in law and make a big sale because she older and doesn’t know anything about furnaces but he did the whole check and said it was running properly and should make it through another winter. “I had bought a new faucet and in the process of switching them out got a leak. The old faucet had to be cut off due to lime buildup. At first he was busy and we agreed to after hour costs but he called back after a cancellation and was at our home within the hour.
