I have had Brooklyn PH&AC to my house several times over the years. To replace a failed hot water heater, to replace parts and repair my central air conditioning. But with a 25-year-old system it finally failed to where it could not be repaired anymore and had to be replaced. I got their proposal within just a couple days and gave the go-ahead. Thanks to the installation crew I now have a new Lennox HVAC system. Brian and Thomas did a beautiful professional job of removing all the old and installing the new! I'm ready for the hot days again! Thank you!
Had Jesse from Brooklyn plumbing and heating get my old hot water heater running again. I am scheduled to get a boiler and water heater replaced mid to late August. Wouldn't you know my old water heater took a crap and Brooklyn plumbing and Jesse pieced together the parts needed to get it running again saving me quite a bit of money till I get the new boiler and heater. They are the best my only go to shop Great job guys
Brooklyn plumbing was very courteous from the moment I stepped into the building where Danielle greeted me kindly,. Paul very effectively scheduled the plumber who would take care of our non-emergent hot water heater needs the very next day. Tom arrived at our home 2 hours ahead of time after coutrously calling us to ask if that would be ok. His work was very efficient, effective and thorough.
