Brooklyn plumbing was very courteous from the moment I stepped into the building where Danielle greeted me kindly,. Paul very effectively scheduled the plumber who would take care of our non-emergent hot water heater needs the very next day. Tom arrived at our home 2 hours ahead of time after coutrously calling us to ask if that would be ok. His work was very efficient, effective and thorough. I very highly recommend Brooklyn plumbing for your needs.
They have been out to my house 3 times, first time for an emergency and came withing a few hours. Because they were priced very reasonable, I called them back and easily scheduled them for a couple more jobs. Plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me (a non-plumber) and even came back when to fix something no charge that did not quite work the first time. Another time, I called after hours for my well pump. Even though they don't service those, they called me back with a recommendation Sunday night.
I am extremely pleased with the work done by Brooklyn Plumbing and Heating, as well as their customer service. Both when calling the office and when working with service crew & leadership, the customer service has been excellent. Our home required both plumbing and furnace work, and both facets of the company did their work very well. Management as well as employees have been professional, honest, and respectful within our home. Highly recommend.
