My rating is somewhat conflicted.
I just had my new patient Visit this morning. I’ll share couple reviews.
First review is about front office staff member, she was rude, non-welcoming, lacking friendliness and professionalism!
Review #2 My appointment with my new PA was awesome!!! She was caring, attentive, engaged, warm and welcoming, focused on my appointment. She took her time and was a GREAT listener! She was very Thorough to say the least. When my lengthy appointment was over I had a small meeting with the office GM to file a formal complaint about front office staff member. My husband sees Tom & I see Diane. We are both very happy with the service we receive at the Clare clinic! Diane is always prompt & you're not stuck sitting in the waiting room for extended periods of time! Diane has always been very thorough with my appointments & I never feel like she's rushing to get me done & out. She's very welcoming & puts her patients at ease! I would highly recommend her, for anyone looking for a new primary care physician.

Diane is an outstanding PCP.
She listens when you tell her your issues & if she asks you questions. She takes notes on her laptop as conversations are taking place. She makes sure she understands what you are trying to tell her. If there is a difference in treatment Diane discusses why she thinks it's best for you and asks if you agree. When she thinks everything you needed to cover has been addressed she reads from her notes so both you & she are on the same page.
I've only had one other medical provider I respected as much as Diane. Unfortunately that Dr died of cancer.
My opinion is everyone who sees Diane will be as happy with her as I am.
