This is for the Urgent Care Center, not the hospital, but I believe they are within the same organizational hierarchy. The first impression was not great, as the waiting room was crowded and the wait times were long. It would explain many of the negative reviews, but I expect most of those were walk-ins with unrealistic expectations. In fact, while waiting I witnessed one younger women walk-in, then have a meltdown regarding the wait after a mere 5 minutes, so there's that.
