I ben calling the office for a friend of mine he changed his mind for moving in and wants his deposit back nobody is picking up im calling for 2 days now this tells you don't move in here management is not professional next move drive there let's see if they are working or just chilling eating and watching Netflix

Not even one star. This place sucks. They never cut the grass, they said they were gonna replace the old stained burned hallway carpets and never did, 80% chance that the washer and dryer wont work, stair railings are duct taped, windows and balcony door leak when raining. Management doesn’t even exist here

I’m frustrated as I’ve been trying to move in here and I’m told constantly that the phones are down. I brought in a deposit to hold a two bedroom and I have been chasing them around for updates or answers as to what the plan is. I was told a welcome email was sent and it never was, called them again and she said the email bounced back, sent a test email and it came through just fine. After that she said she’d send me the welcome email and go ask maintenance when the apartment will be ready. Hung the phone up and never got a welcome email still. Gave the deposit 3 weeks ago. Idk. It’s a headache. Not sure what else to say. I feel scammed. ?
