Some clients have had exceptional service, such as Binh, who provided an outstanding manicure and pedicure, and Bella, who did a fantastic job on a set of nails after an eight-year hiatus. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making even first-time visitors feel at ease. However, there have been instances where service could be improved, such as a fill taking an extended period, and nails being left crooked. Despite these rare occurrences, customers generally appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and plan to return, sometimes even requesting a different technician.
I had the best experience with Tracy at Sassy Nails! She paid so much attention to detail and made sure every nail was perfect. I asked for a cute, clean design and she absolutely delivered — the polka dot French tips are so crisp, and the little bee accent is beyond adorable 🐝✨❤
I don’t give reviews very often but felt I had to. This was the first time I went to Sassy Nails and Binh did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. It is seriously the best that I have experienced. She listened, gave me choices and took time to make sure I was happy.
Nice nail shop I haven’t had a set of nails done for atleast 8 years the girl Bella who did my nails did an amazing job I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely go back again
