Excellent moving experience with Bert, Stevie and Mike. We booked with Metro to move my parents to a new (smaller) home and I'm sincerely grateful for the kindness and care they had not only for all the furniture and belongings, but also for my parents. They treated my parents with respect and thoughtful kindness -- moving is stressful, especially for our elders and the Metro team made them feel at ease. I especially appreciated their flexibility when some furniture items did not fit where we had hoped. And yes, they are super efficient! Highly recommend.

Their speed was impressive, but what really stood out was that they never sacrificed care for efficiency. Every item was handled with attention to detail, carefully wrapped, protected, and placed exactly where it needed to go. Not a single thing was damaged, and they treated our belongings as if they were their own.
Beyond their professionalism, the entire crew was kind, respectful, and positive throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel easy and seamless. First-rate company, from the owner/operator to every employee with whom I had contact. They showed up early, busted their butts, and worked very efficiently. The crew at my house was great, I could even hear them busting each other’s chops while they worked. Clearly a good team of guys working together. Highly recommend.
