My children go here and the staff is friendly, but the wait between the nurse and the doctor is outrageus. Idk if it's under staffed for the amount of rooms or if the wait is on purpose but it needs to change

I used to think allegiance is bad. They are. This is almost just as bad. They could not care any less about their patients. I needed a med refill TWO WEEKS AGO and they essentially kicked the can down the road saying that they were discussing lab results with my primary care doctor. Then, due to spam filtration, I missed their call a few days ago. I’ve been trying to call back since, and it’s always “Let me put you on hold while we wait for the medical assistant.” It’s been now three 30 minute long calls wasted, just for them to tell me they’re busy with another patient. Was referred by an ER doctor, but they never called to schedule an appointment. I found out I could book one online, so I did. Got a call the next morning saying that because they didn’t treat POTS, they were canceling the appointment. I have POTS, I did not need to be seen for POTS. I called back to explain this to them and they claimed that any doctor could refuse to treat someone for any reason. I had to be referred to them by a specialist with “more information”. I don’t understand what more information they need. I’ve been daily for 2 months and it’s gotten severely worse, I can’t function daily.
