Heydlauff's has knowledgeable and very kind staff in the Service Dept., Sales, office, etc. But for my new refrigerator, the stars of the show were the delivery team of Jake & Garrett. With the stairs in my home, it was a true challenge to take out the old appliance, and bring in the new fridge. They handled it with great care & consideration, skill, and a terrific sense of humor. The people here are VERY nice (including their dog!), and they’re quick to offload. Honestly, everything about this stop is AWESOME—except for the docking situation.
For docking, it’s best to approach from Hill Rd. As you near the business, pull into the turn lane. From there, you’ll need to back down into Pleasant View, staying tight to the right. Be careful of a metal pole on the right-hand side. You’ll then back up to the platform located outside the building. Excellent customer service and inventory. Prices are competitive with the big box stores and the customer service and support are so much better. Katie and the main saleswoman (I didn't catch her name) are fab. We have had good experiences with the installation crew too.
