Best Customer Service!! David and Kathy are great people. The system is best in class. I went from installing my own system to my neighbor's friend to Amazon to DogWatch. I researched for 6 months. My research indicated that every system out there had issues with the collar batteries, frequency issues with neighbors, junk wires and poor customer service from other local companies. The most important qualities of this system is quality of the hardware. The Smart fence Wifi works flawlessly. The collar batteries last a long time and they are not proprietary. Their big leash S15 training is top notch as well.

Happy with the decision to switch from Invisible Fence to DogWatch. We are now able to adjust the strength of the collars at home without having to make a service call and don’t have to worry about buying batteries every few months. David was great with our dogs and his training dog Lucy was so sweet.
