Allen, Jennifer and Jen were so wonderful throughout the whole process of preparing for and executing my Mom's Memorial Service. They handled so many details and were open to and facilitated requests even when they were unconventional. Even after the service was done, they were more than willing to assist with tying up loose ends. We wanted a family atmosphere and Cole was the perfect place. Thanks to Allen and staff for making this such a positive experience.
Allen and his small, conscientious team in this gorgeous modestly sized funeral home served our family beautifully when my Mom died. I cannot remember when I have ever been served so completely and carefully In the midst of heart wrenching grief, this was a godsend. They helped us locate our vision for her service, and supported us wherever needed in the process without adding their own agenda. They also gently helped us stay on track with steps and decisions we needed to make, there are many small details to handle when someone passes. This is a family helping families, not a corporate model. Highly recommended.
I can not say enough about Allen and his staff at Cole Funeral Chapel. They were compassionate and so knowledgeable about everything that had to be done. He handled so many aspects of the entire process and service for us. I never felt in better hands during a difficult time as I did working with them.
