I have had good skin care with Dr. Shah. He always asks if there is anything else before he leaves the treatment room. Not so good care with office staff. Receptionist that answered phone was very short and cut me off while I was stating my name, just wanted birthdate immediately. Also, did not get a response when using Prescription refill line. After a full week of itching severely, I called the third time and receptionist again cut me off, checked my record and said Rx had been called in 5 days ago. I was never notified and was suffering. Ya, everyone is right, Dr. Shah is super quick and seems like he doesn't want to be there. He's nice enough but I've been at stop lights longer than he was in the room. He answered my questions and asked if I had more but it seemed rushed, like he just wanted to get it over with. I don't know if this is a matter of being understaffed or personality but, I won't be back.

I’ve been going to Chelsea Dermatology for more than a decade and have always been treated well by the staff. Dr. Jona Gill is personable, very thorough and knowledgeable, and has provided consistently excellent care for years! When I had a procedure done last year, I found Dr Shah to be polite and proficient. Stephanie at the check-in desk is upbeat and helpful, even on the busiest days, and assisted me with getting referral documentation, while Tia at check-out is always pleasant and efficient when scheduling and handling any co-pays.
