If I could rate them a negative 0, I would. They only care about profits. Their office staff is point blank rude. My dog was miss diagnosed which caused more pain and suffering for my dog and myself. The path that they advised was very costly and the same outcome. But honestly, the office staff was the most upsetting, they were extremely disrespectful.

This is a great office, took my 4.3 pound baby to be neutered . I was nervous about leaving him and they put me at ease. They seem to really care about the job they do. Will be taking him back!!

We had to put out dog down due to old age catching up to her fast and they were able to see us day of. They let us stay in our car where our dog was more comfortable and they came out to us, even in the dark and rain. They explained the process to us gently and let us take all the time we needed. They talked to her while they did it and comforted us when it was over. We really appreciated them during this hard time.

All of the staff genuinely care about your animal. We've always had dogs, and Dr. Cindy has been our vet over the years. For over 20 years. We travel to Chelsea from Saline. We'll worth the trip.

The Dr. was focused on running up the bill by running as many unnecessary tests as possible, instead of focusing on the specific issue that you came in for. I was quoted for 2 X-ray pictures, so I expressed concern at the cost of over 100 dollars a piece, maybe just take 1 at first and only take a separate view if necessary, but if course I ended up paying for both, yet only seeing one, and only needing one, to see what the issue was. This place does not care about your animal, but how much money they can get out of you during your visit while you’re already in turmoil
