I saw David and honestly it was the best. He is so knowledgable about the body. I had some real need to release some tight muscles. He could tell me exactly what muscles he was working on, why, how to move to help release them while he held trigger points. My only disappointment is I don't live in town to get more work done by him. I really recommend him. I have had hundreds of massages and he is honestly probably the best I have had for body tight muscle releasing massage.
