This was our third experience with Werner Plumbing and Heating and I must say it was another excellent experience. We had our cabin re-plumbed and Robert along with Daniel performed the work. They were the A team! Diligent, hardworking, professional, and pleasant to work with. Again, Werner knows how to employ the right people to represent their company well. I gave a reduced rating for this experience. The product is great. The installation seems very good as well. The personnel were friendly and courteous. However, I have a real problem with the trash and debris left behind. (I have photos). The first question is, would this material have been left in a customer's utility room?? Granted, the work area (crawl space) is not good, but it is not poor. It is dry and without spiders. Why couldn't this material be passed to the opening and removed? It is NOT what I would consider prime workmanship. Have a little pride. Leave the area as good or better than when you arrived.

I am so pleased with the work! They moved the AC to a non-gable side of the house after the last ice storm smashed my replacement (it lasted 2 summers). It should have been moved back then, but I was not offered that possibility by the previous installer. I think they just didn’t want to run the line from the furnace on the opposite end of the house. Werner had no issue with moving it! and Aliza worked her crew very quickly and professionally. I am impressed with the outcome. I will be calling Werner again, to fix a previous toilet install done wrong (by another plumber). Thanks Werner.
