“The team at Bayshore is awesome! I called as a new “patient” for my dog Theo. Called at 8:30am for an ear issue that ended up being an ear infection. Was able to get a 9:30am appointment that day. Walked in at 9:25. Facility is very clean and bright- felt like a safe place for us to get him cared for. Theo and I went back to the exam room a couple minutes later. The team was very friendly to Theo, got his ear issue figured out, diagnosed, ear drops administered, and brought him back to me a happy dog. The vet, Matthew, came and talked to me and explained what was going on, gave me thorough and detailed instructions for his ear drops, asked me if I had any questions, and thanked us for coming in. Theo and I were checked out and back to my car by 9:40am. Best veterinary experience I have ever had. And one of the best customer service experiences for any business that I have interacted with. This is now Theo’s new home for care. Thank you!”
