After dealing with other doctors I found Dr. Jon VanWagnen O.D. to be professional courtesy and answered my questions fully. Strongly recommend visiting Charlevoix eye center. Staff friendly and courteous.

I have worn glasses my entire life and spent more than my share of time in eye care centers. However, Charlevoix Eye Center has given me the best experience out of the many providers I have seen. Conveniently located near downtown Charlevoix, their staff has always provided prompt, kind service, always working with me and the various insurance providers I have carried. Repairs and maintenance have been consistently provided quickly, and with minimal cost, and best of all, Dr. Jon runs pretty tight to his schedule - no waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes to get your exam started.
