Had our soon to be home inspected last year in September/October. Inspection report listed some stuff that were issues but I'm disappointed in all of the stuff the inspector missed. From mold/mildew in the floors, to a complete messed up hvac system, the issues go on and on and on. If the inspector had done their job appropriately, we probably would not have bought this house. Sadly, since the inspector had to be certified by the VA, our options were very limited so we had to go through this company.

Had a great experience with this company. Very informative and helpful! The report was very detailed and delivered quickly as we weren't able to be there in person. My step father is an inspector in another state and was also impressed with the quality of the report and information given.
Highly recommend using this company for any inspection needs!! If we are ever in need of another inspector they will be our first call!!

Did a review of our beautiful ly maintained home in traverse city, with everything working fine and fabricated possible failures to be able to report something. Mi or thi gs like dudt in the ducts, roof boots that may leak around vent pipes. Working g water heater that has unknown life expectancy. Not one thing a factual failure, just a money grabbing company in my view.
