After becoming widowed late last year I knew I needed to get out of the house, so I decided to learn how to dance and try to build a new social life. Googled dance lessons in my area and the nearest was The Dance Scene. And I’m glad it was. I was as nervous as one could be when I went to my first lesson. But Anna the owner and star instructor assured me that I was going to be just fine. She took me on the dance floor and in five minutes I felt as comfortable as could be. I have been coming to the Dance scene for about 4 months. I started dancing at another studio back in 2009, then took many years off. I started back at that original chain dance studio back around 2.5 years ago. When i came back i had forgotten most of what i knew. I came to this other studio and spent over $7000 in lessons in just over two years. During that time I took lessons on a dozen different styles of dance. And, the results? To be honest i sucked lol. Fast forward to 4 months ago.
I started taking lessons at The Dance studio. Right away I realized how far behind I was compared to what i spent before vs what i was now seeing in improvement... read full review

We absolutely loved our dance lessons. As others have stated, Jeremiah is an awesome instructor. After just 3 lessons he had us dancing like pros at our event. It was a blast and I think we are going to sign up for more lessons.
