Worst customer service ever the girl at the front desk in the ortho and prosthetic section is the worst receptionist I’ve ever met so disrespectful won’t tell you anything straightforward. She’ll keep finding mistakes in your prescription just so you can leave to get it fixed or need to come back for her to tell you another problem. Absolutely no respect to any of the patients. made us wait for three hours trying to fix the prescription. do not come here turn your car around find another place

Run for your life! This place is an absolute mess! They dont care, don't follow up on anything, nothing gets accomplished. By far the worst experiences ever.

Horrible customer service. My first call I was told my order was in and the lady would call me to pick it up. Second call, she will call you back, third call “I sent her an email, she will call you back”…. NO, Linda does not return phone calls. I was also told by my doctor and physical therapist they are notorious for not calling back.

Sell faulty equipment and then make you wait to fix or replace the item bought a new scooter it should last more than 2 months dead battery

Update: Tues, Sept 30, I went to Binson and Ms. Shirley H. helped me find a back brace this time. She was very nice.
Both ladies are have excellent customer service skills and are very knowledgeble. Thank you for employing these ladies, they help to make the customer's experience comfortable. 🏆
