Joe in the mobility department came out for my 10 am appointment yesterday got us a spare wheels for my kids chair and is working on ordering new parts!! The only disconnect was the scheduler said new parts come in within a week. That is NOT the case with Medicaid it will be a month or more but thankfully the mobility specialist fit us with temp wheels to keep my kiddo rolling around. Thanks again!!!!
