This may sound weird, so here goes...As an anxious person, I tended to pick at my fingers until they bled. This improved a little after wearing this Chevron respo ring that I would shake, shake, shake just to watch the wires and listen to the "tink, tink, tink". It helped refocus my attention. Then get this, after wearing it for almost a year, I have been slowing my shake to a rhythmic wave, like a dance. Now, instead of me slamming the wires into an end all at once, back and forth and back and forth, I now watch them sort of slowly synchronize.
