Makayla at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. If someone has a question, explain things in a kind way instead of being rude.

I’ve been a patient here for 25 years and have always had a great experience with Lisa—she’s excellent. But at this point, it’s nearly impossible to get in to see her. I recently called with chest pains and was told the next available appointment wasn’t until July. I ended up having to go to the ER for something simple, just to get the care I needed.
Then I got a call to schedule with a different PA I’ve never even heard of—which felt strange after only ever seeing Lisa and Matt for years. I also got another call for a follow-up I didn’t request, and I’m guessing that appointment would be months out too.
On top of that, the office and phone staff have become increasingly brash and short—like they’re annoyed to even be dealing with patients. It’s really off-putting and doesn’t make for a welcoming experience.
After 25 years, it’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I can’t count on being seen when something urgent comes up, or to be treated with basic courtesy when I call. Unfortunately, I’m now stuck having to find a new doctor—someone who’s actually accessible and has a team that treats people with respect.

Reroute a different review I was harsh on the last one I really like my doctor staff is okay they could probably use a little kindness in their heart at times when they talk to people but overall just really heartbroken about how many doctors I've had in the last 5 years that's quit and want somewhere else and the treatment that they're giving my daughter at this time is just making my decision really hard 😞

My children have been going to see Matt Larson at White Pine for years. He’s one of the best human beings I have ever met! Great at what he does and he knows a lot! Not just family medicine, he’s very down to earth, reliable, understanding, and a great listener! I would recommend him a million times over!!! 100 ⭐️s!

I’ve been going to this doctors office since I was 12 years old and now as a mother, I have both of my children going there however the past week and today I’ve tried to call to make appointment for my oldest child and it keeps telling me call failed or lines are busy so I decided to call back later and I still get the same thing. White Pine Family Medicine needs to fix their phone other than that. They are a great facility and I recommend them to a lot of people in my area but there phone is becoming an issue to new and existing patients because I keep saying busy line or call failed How do they expect patient to make appointments if they don’t answer the phone?

Ever since new Doctor took over practice service has tumbled. The office staff use to be filled with caring people. All are new. My provider has a new assistant every time I visit. They refuse to give me a new perscription for my diabetes. One of my meds is through Merck. I turned in form in mid January but Merck didn't get until Feb. 29th almost 6 weeks. Terrible client care. Don't come here. Dr Kevorkian provides better service.

This place just kept getting worse and worse. I've been going here with my older 2 kids for a long time now. 12 years. The doctors are constantly changing. The front desk and billing department are rude and unprofessional. My nurse was great she's the only one who got a star from me. On the hunt for a new Dr now and would recommend not wasting your time here.
