Thumb heating and cooling these guys where absolutely amazing from the first call to the day of insulation everything they said or did was right on point, and the installers amazing, we had stuff for subs but not one of them ate anything they where more focused on the install then eating just an amazing group of guys THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS keep doing what your doing if we need anything in the future we will definitely call thanks again

I did not end up using their services as I live quite a ways away. But I had been approved for a program through the state and they are the ONLY company who bothered to get back to me out of like 7 & take the time to talk with me and understand the program. Even though I didn’t go with them due to distance & finding out the program wasn’t what it seemed to be, they clearly care about communication and being a company you can rely on. I highly recommend anyone in the area to use this business.

Absolutely the best Generac dealer I have ever dealt with. Spoke with Jan after our generator failed on us. I was able to self troubleshootshoot it down to a bad circuit board in the transfer switch but that was as far as I could go. The generator was pretty much a paperweight at that point. Jan scheduled a tech to come out within a day. When he showed up, I took him to the switch and told him all that I had done and found. He tested everything on the spot and verified a bad circuit board was the culprit. He had one on the truck and swapped it out in about 15 mins and reset our generator, which is now working flawlessly again. The whole visit was completed in 45 minutes. Now... read full review
