I work for a large retail chain and we needed a locksmith for a specific task. Keys by Monroe was the only company I could get ahold of, their response time was probably less than 5 minutes and they were out in a matter of days to perform the task we needed done even though we're 2.5 hours away! The gentleman were very kind, courteous and professional, their cost was very reasonable, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Just today we had a situation with a stuck door and they immediately answered and jumped to help! This is a small, Michigan family owned business that does phenomenal work. I recommend them for all your locksmith needs.
I had a great experience with Keys by Monroe. They arrived right on time, offered a couple different solutions to the problem, fixed my locks in no time, and were really easy to talk to. Pricing was upfront and very reasonable. The whole process was stress-free. I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need a locksmith.
The locksmith came was ready to go to work. He completely took the door lock apart and oiled and serviced the mechanism. He checked on each step that the lock was working. He cleaned up after the job and was very professional.
