I had a great experience with Keys by Monroe! I needed my front door rekeyed, but it wasn’t an emergency. They were still able to come out the same day, and they were able to rekey the lock to work with my existing house keys, which was super convenient. The final cost was actually a little less than what I’d been quoted.
They’re a husband-and-wife team, and both were incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The whole process was quick and straightforward, and I really appreciated the excellent service. I’d definitely recommend Keys by Monroe to anyone needing a locksmith!
I work for a large retail chain and we needed a locksmith for a specific task. Keys by Monroe was the only company I could get ahold of, their response time was probably less than 5 minutes and they were out in a matter of days to perform the task we needed done even though we're 2.5 hours away! The gentleman were very kind, courteous and professional, their cost was very reasonable, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Just today we had a situation with a stuck door and they immediately answered and jumped to help! This is a small, Michigan family owned business that does phenomenal work. I recommend them for all your locksmith needs.
