You can trust this company. They came last winter right away while I was in Florida and replaced my inoperative furnace to keep my pipes from freezing. Then I called Steve a few weeks ago because I thought my air conditioning was not working properly. He came and checked it right away and told me "It just takes time to cool your large house". He checked it out--"No charge.". Both times I was not at home so I gave Steve my front door combination. Like I said, you can trust this company.

Steve was quick to respond when I woke up to my furnace not running. He identified the problem & had me back up & running in no time. Very accommodating & knowledgeable would definitely recommend.
